Hello ! so about three days ago i had a protected sex with an escort but i kissed her and also she gave me a blow job and i also did it on her.. after three days now i have diarrhea and i also have muscle rash mostly on my chest and hands . also i have just a liitle bit of sore throat but i think that because i live in a cold city ( istanbul ) do you guys think i have HIV ? im really scared

Hello,

While you may have an infection for which some blood tests and a physical exam are recommended I do not think that it is a question of HIV, at least not from that sexual encounter you describe.

It is unlikely to get HIV from oral sex and in addition to that the timeline does not fit, three days is too short a time to develop HIV symptoms, it takes much longer than that.
