Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea,vomiting And Abdominal Pain

Hello Im inquiring about a condition that occurs regularly. BTW, Im speaking of my girlfriend s condition. I ll attempt to explain what symptoms she experiencing. The list includes acute sharp pain in her abdomen(mid). Constant nausea, extreme diarrhea, bouts of vomiting. This episode has lasted for the last 12-18 hrs.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems you are complaining that your girlfriend has like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhoea is suggestive that she is having mixed infection of GI tract called 'gastroenteritis'.
She needs to take following medications for it to subsidie.
1. Tablet Domperidone with Pantoprazole for nausea and vomiting.
2. A course of Tablet Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole for diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Let her keep herself well hydrated by consuming good quantity of fluids. She can also consume tender coconut water and Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) to prevent dehydration.
