Suggest Treatment For Diarrhoea Along With Stomach Infection

My adult grandson have had severe dirahirra and upset stomach vomach and diarrhea for over 16hrs he feels very week I have been forcing him to drink lots of water to rehydrate has not helped looked at stool and it was green. Should I take to emergency room or are there any home remedies I could use

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having possibility of dehydration so it is advisable to go to ER for iv infusion and treatment.
Meanwhile give him plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Give him Ofloxacilin, tinidaxole combination medicine stat.
Give him light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
