Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breath And Pressure Under Ribs
I cannot seem to get a full breath and feel pressure under both ribs. This has been going on for weeks now and I am starting to get anxious about my breathing. It also gets worse when I go anywhere in the car. I have had an x ray and the doctor said my lungs look fine. What could be causing the constant feeling of not being able to breath. The only way I can through it is by taking an ativan which knocks me out for the entire day. When I get up I continue to get the symptoms again throughout the entire day. It feels like my ribs are caving in and I also feel a gut rot feeling in my stomach and esopagus with a feeling of getting the wind knocked out of me or like I just ate a heavy meal. Any suggestions please?? I know that it is not just in my head and I take the adivan to calm my muscles. Thanks
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. Counselling plays very important role in anxiety management along with Ativan. Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Hope I have solved your query.
