Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing And Dry Mouth

Difficulty breathing out of right side of nose at night. Have very dry mouth. Get up to drink water and go to the bathroom several times at night. Get a red face and feel hot or flushed. Have a headache behind my right ear. I use breathing strips at night and have used Zicam in my nose at night.
