Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing, Runny Nose, Sneezing And Cough

Hi I m a 25 year old female from Kanpur . I have asthma since past 4 years and I ve been using inhalers areocort and esiflo. Firstly, I don t get asthma attacks in winters but as the weather gets warmer I feel trouble breathing, get runny/blocked nose, sneezing and cough. Secondly, I get asthma attacks only in Kanpur and nowhere else. As the train enters in Kanpur I get sick and feel breathless. Basically I m from Bhopal, and there I don t need to take inhaler at all . Lastly, sometimes I have unbearable headaches and my palms and feet are always sweaty(very). And I m insomniac. Please suggest what should I do? I m really confused that what s actually wrong with me..

Hi
you are having either dust or pollen allergy that is specific to Kanpur
better to avoid the places which you are not comfortable
if you still need to visit by compulsion then use a mask and maintain your diet and exercise regularly
practice some yoga/meditation

wish you good health
