Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing

I was in a headon crash of my vehicle, I bit my tounge and got checked by an emt. Its been an hour since the accident and I am having a really hard time breathing. The airbag didnt deploy on my side but it did on my passenger side and I could have inhaled the chemicals.

Thanks for your question on Hcm. In my opinion you should get done chest x ray first.
Since you are having accident and blunt trauma , we have to rule out internal lung damage or not. Possibilities like traumaric pneumothorax and pulmonary contusions are there.
And in both these breathing difficulties occur.
So better to consult doctor and get done chest x ray and rule out these.
