Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing

I have been having considerable trouble with my breathing. I feel out of breath all the time. It is is shallow and hard to catch my breath. I have seen several doctors about this but have only been told that I might have a sinus infection. I also have MS and I am really getting worried. Can someone give me an idea of what might be going on? Thank You

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of difficulty in breathing . The probably case reason for difficulty in breathing is sinusitis . Sinusitis means inflammation of sinus which may also cause nose blockage and nose blockage is also a sign of difficulty in breathing or less of breath.

It could be due to asthma , chest infection or allergies. I would advice you to get your sinus x ray and CT scan done and consult your physician to find proper diagnosis and then start treatment as per that.

While time you can also take steam as it will give you relief. Avoid hot, sharp, spicy food. Exercise daily. Consult ENT specialist , who may further refer you to chest specialist .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
