Hi, I m 34yr old woman, i m having problem in conceiving a 2nd child. My first kid is 7yrs old who was delivered through C-Sec. Had been to a couple of fertility doctors, she made me and my husband a few tests, my husband SA reports came out bad, but which was fixed through some medicines (bercozone and paternia)and the second SA reports were amazingly very good. I have gone through an internal scan and AMH test and results were very good and healthy as put across by my doctor. I was given MATERNA CC one tab a day along with a few folic acid and multivitamin tablets. But now after 7 months tooo i have not been able to conceive. I also feel that i may not be ovulating as i don t see and feel the egg white discharge during ovulation. Please help
Given that you have been able to have a child before, that the testing of your 'anatomy' is normal, and his semen analysis is normal, then you are probably on the right track if their is concern about whether or not you are ovulating. While not all women will notice whether or not they are ovulating based on physical symptoms, it sounds like you are aware of your body. I would recommend the following:
1. The first day of your cycle is day1 2. Most women ovulate on day14 3. Abstain from intercourse until days 10/12/14/16 4. Start using over-the-counter ovulation kits
I hope that this helps and good luck!
