Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Getting Orgasms And Numbness In Penis And Testicles

I started by having bowel movement issues which quickly turned into a chest infection and then my penis and testicles went numb one day. I am 20 years old, do participate in anal sex (with one partner) but I am still able to ejaculate, just with no orgasm. My doctors have done a cystoscopy, endoscopy, colonoscopy and have come up with nothing. My urologist seems to think its prostatitis and has been giving me a lot of antibiotics which havent helped at all. I am getting kidney pains now and don t really know what else I can do.

Hello,

Numbness in the penis & testicles occur commonly due to injury, cuts, abrasions, riding a bicycle for long, friction from clothes, etc. Medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are low testosterone level, vigorous or excessive friction from masturbation and other types of sexual activity can also cause injury that leads to numbness. The penis contains many nerve endings, and it is usually very sensitive.

Nerve problems, Peyronie’s disease, prostrate cancer, etc. also cause numbness. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist or a GP. Get all routine blood tests, urinalysis and imaging tests done. You will be treated according to the pathology detected. In the meantime, change your life style, your sexual activities, raise your testosterone levels, take healthy balanced diet and hormonal treatment.

If diabetic control your blood glucose level at all cost. If not limit your sugar intake. If obese, maintain healthy weight. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Once the cause is detected & treated, the numbness will reduce and when the nerves get healed you will experience orgasms. Take food rich in vitamin B1, B6, B12, folic acid or supplements for faster nerve repair.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
