Hello,
Numbness in the penis & testicles occur commonly due to injury, cuts, abrasions, riding a bicycle for long, friction from clothes, etc. Medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are low
testosterone level, vigorous or excessive friction from
masturbation and other types of sexual activity can also cause injury that leads to numbness. The penis contains many nerve endings, and it is usually very sensitive.
Nerve problems, Peyronie’s disease, prostrate cancer, etc. also cause numbness. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
urologist or a GP. Get all routine blood tests,
urinalysis and imaging tests done. You will be treated according to the pathology detected. In the meantime, change your life style, your sexual activities, raise your testosterone levels, take healthy balanced diet and
hormonal treatment.
If diabetic control your blood glucose level at all cost. If not limit your sugar intake. If obese, maintain healthy weight. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Once the cause is detected & treated, the numbness will reduce and when the nerves get healed you will experience orgasms. Take food rich in
vitamin B1, B6, B12,
folic acid or supplements for faster nerve repair.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
