Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Getting Proper Sleep

Hi i have a question about restyl . I had and it from friend for long time i k(now is not good thing) as I have had sleeping problems but never used till i had one of those really stressful times in you life which shake you all you brain ...anyway I ve been thanking it for a while as I need some sleep but even with one and half tablet 0.25mg its been difficult for me to get sleep... also i had some panic attacks in my past very bad and now I had few not that strong . My GP did not help me a lot when i told her for panic attacks (as they couldn t find what was wrong with me )just gave me some regular tablet for high blood pressure. Im feeling again im out of control and totally lost what should I do because most of doctors don t take it very serious just give you some quick medicine as I never bring my problem to the doctor just dont want look one of those crazy people even for panic attacks i realized what it was after 4-5 years..... However I just wanna know what is the best suggestion for my sleeping problem and how can I solve my problem with stressed . Its not some regular thing as Im just 25 and my first panick atacks ware I was 19-20 years old ... Many thanks

See medicines work when your body wants it to work.
What I mean is your immunity and strength which is needed to fight against health issues.

Your problem is very common but you have made it worse by taking unnecessary medicines.
I would strongly suggest you should meditate. If there are any meditation classes around go and join or watch videos on youtube.
You will find videos to learn meditation and also there are videos for guided meditation.
Look for what suits you.
Meditation will not just take care of your sleep problem but it will take care will all other problems even panic attacks.
