Hi Dear ,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding your concern.
The condition of difficulty in mouth opening is called trismus ,which occur due to wasting or atrophy of muscles which leads to difficult mouth opening .

Treatment of difficulty in mouth opening depends upon the cause of difficulty .I would suggest you to do regular exercises of facial muscles and apply hot packs on the facial muscles. You can also opt for mouth gags which will help in opening mouth wide .You should start taking muscle relaxant few days .

Eye fibrosis which you mention in your query occur because when she is unable to open mouth it causes myofiber loss which in turn involve extraoccular muscle of eye and causes eye muscle fibrosis. When jaw opening will occur completely it prevent wasting of muscle and problem will be solve .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
