Understanding your concern. As per ypur query you have symptoms of difficulty in opening the mouth which is known as trismus ,which occur due to wasting or atrophy of muscles. As you are a tobacco chewer since 2 years and it seems to be due to oral sub-mucous fibrosis in your case.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to quit smoking and do it in tapered way and go for substitutes such as nicotine patches. You should do regular exercises of facial muscles and apply hot packs on the facial muscles. Take antioxidant tablet regularly. Visit oral pathologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and start treatment accordingly. You can go for cutting of fibrous tissue as well. You can also opt for mouth gags which will help in opening mouth wide .You should start taking muscle relaxant few days .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
