Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Stool

thank you. I have a condition called Intercistal cystitis that my doctors are having trouble helping, but my problem right now is that I am having trouble moving my bowels, tjey are very hard , ( instead of softer and easy to move.) Can you help me? Thank you! Rachel
