Hi I am a 15 year old teen boy and am going through puberty. I am not circumcised and cannot retract my foreskin yet because it is attached to my penis head on the left side which stops it frome retracting, I can make the other side go down about halfway. Pleas help me!!

Hi
You are suffering from phimosis simply called tight foreskin. It happens in 1 in 100 boys of your age.

It will help if you could get in to a warm bath or shower and try and gently pull the foreskin back when wet - the attachement of the foreskin to the head of the penis will gradually give away. Please do not pull it forcibly.
Unless the tight foreskin is giving problems like repeated infections or painful during erection or sex then it does not need any treatment.

If treatment is required it will in the form of circumcision.
