Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Retraction Of Foreskin

Hello sir! I m facing a problem with my penis. The foreskin doesnot retract both when erect and when not. Feels like the skin is not opening up at all. I m 22 years old. Also my penis is bend towards one side at a fairly large angle from the base largely noticeable only when erect. Kindly help me suggest actions for the same. Thank You

Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for inability to retract the foreskin.

After having gone through your problem, I am of the opinion that you are probably suffering from a condition referred to as Phimosis.

Since it does not retract completely even when the penis is not erected
the sexual act becomes painful and you can not maintain a good hygiene.

I advise you to kindly consult a surgeon for proper clinical examination and you need to undergo circumcision (surgical removal of the foreskin under anesthesia) which will not only solve your present problems but it will maintain a good hygiene and prevent against infections and cancer but also increases the duration of a satisfactory sexual act.
