Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Spreading Legs Post Child Birth

Hi Doctor I give birth when I was 19 years old now my child is 9 years old .however I have trouble lifting things I feel like air going inside or if its something open there. It was a normal vaginal birth but I was pushing for two hours long until I deliver the baby. Since that time I can't open my legs wide or feel like my urine leaks my user wear. Please help me out .I do feel uncomfortable.
