General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is the circulatory disturbances where there is inadequate renal perfusion due to systemic issues and less urine is produced.

Must call the office of your doc and ask further guidelines as this platform cannot provide you further assistance in this regard as it requires a very detailed case evaluation ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
