Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Walking While On 'etogesic'

sir i am suffering from this disease from last 4-5 years. i can't live a normal life.i am 28 yr old and i have to sit before computer whole day as i am a cost accountant. i am taking the following medicines 1- sazo1000 (2)etogesic 600mg and razo. still i don't walk properly. please help me
