Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Walking

Hi, my mom is suffering with some problem, she is not able to walk due to a sprain kind of thing, it could not be diagonised exactly. Have taken all the treatments like ayurvedic, accupressure, alopathic e.t.c., she is in bed rest for past 45 days, But still the problem exist. She is facing this problem since 6 months.
