Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Penetration In The Vagina During Intercourse

My girlfriend and I have been together for 3 years, and we have sex often. She s always told me i was endowed, but its never been a problem before. Lately though, shes tighter than normal, so she s alot harder to penetrate and sometimes her vagina hurts or even tears. I have been patient and have agreed to stop sex until we find out the issue. Any help?

Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Based on the information provided it appears to be vaginismus, her vagina's muscles squeeze or spasm when something is entering her, like a penis. It can be mildly uncomfortable, or it can be painful.
It's usually linked to anxiety and fear of having sex.
You can do exercises, to learn to control and relax the muscles around the vagina.
I advice you to see a doctor for further help, the exercise is known as kegels exercise, that will be advised to you. She will be fine.
Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
I find this answer helpful
