Suggest Treatment For Diffuse Adenomyosis

I'm 53 and recently diagnosed with diffuse adenomyosis and 2nd degree uterine prolapse. I've had 2 attempts at a D &C (one with ultrasound guidance) that were unsuccessful. I was started on Megace 80mg after the first attempted D & C which stopped the bleeding. The second attempted D & C with ultrasound guidance was done by a GYN/Oncologist. The adeonmyosis was diagnosed by MRI. I've had 3 c-sections. The megace was discontinued after the adenomyosis diagnosis. The bleeding had resumed. What are my options as to treatment for diffuse adenomyosis?
