Suggest Treatment For Diffuse Cerebellar Atrophy

Hi, i m 35 years male,suffering from depression since 2006.since 2009 i m having wekness in both claf muscles. earlier psychatrist told me it is due to general weakness. but few days back i consulted neurologist and on his recommendation undergone mri brain which shows diffuse cerebral and cerebellar atrophy. what is it and its treatment.is it cause of calf muscle weakness.
