Suggest Treatment For Diffuse Disc Bulge At L2-L3

My MRI report says that there is a diffuse disc bulge the L2-3, causing moderately severe stenosis of the spinal canal. The thecal sac is effaced and the cauda equina nerve roots are crowded together, and the bilateral neural foramina are also severely narrowed. Please interpret.
