Suggest Treatment For Diffuse Posterior Bulge At L5-S1 Level Of Spine

Good evening docter my sister is facing a problem i.e "l5-s1 disc reveals diffuse posterior bulge".She is having medicn also but its not reducing.As her pain is increasing very badly.docters have taken MRI & given painkillers but still its not reducing!!!!

Any solution for this???
