Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have diffuse heterogeneous hyper vascular gland with hypothyroidism.

You may have some thyroiditis. It can be lymphocytic or hashimotos thyroiditis. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology and if needed go for thyroid peroxidase and anti thyroglobulin antibodies. it will give you exact diagnosis and then you should take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.

Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
