Suggest Treatment For Disc Bulge At L4-L5 Level Of Spine

A recent MRI indicates that I have "severe level L4-5 level difuse broad- based disc bulge and severe ligamentum flavom hipertrophy, causing severe stenosis and mass effect on the fecal sac".

I am 81 years old and wonder if there is anything that I can do by way of stretching excercize, etc. Thanks for your response.
