Suggest Treatment For Disc Bulge In The Neck

i have had a buling disk in my neck and carpal tunnel in both hands for several years with the usual pins needes shooting pains, headaches, neck and back pain, etc etc then last week i had a car ramm into the back of mine and shove my car into the truck in front while i was a t a stop light. theyve done xrays and i am waiting to hear while going to therapy different shooting pains and pulsing pains and more pain now between the shoulders then last night i urinated on myself not much but i was like what the hell. went to change and did it again whats causes that should i be calling my doctor right away or is this normal.
