Disc degeneration seen at L1-L2, L2-L3, and L3-L4 levels.
At the L3-L4 level there is a mild central disc bulge causing thecal indentation
with no significant neural compression seen.
Diffuse disc bulge also seen at L4-L5 causing thecal indentation with foraminal encroachment noted bilaterally
