Suggest Treatment For Disc Desiccation And Disc Space Narrowing
what is my options to fix the following problem correctly... L4-5 The disc is significantly narrowed and desiccated and there are degenerative end plate changes posteriorly in the central portion of the vertebral bodies on both sides. There is a broad disc osteophyte complex measuring as much as 3-4 mm beyond the expected posterior disc margin centrally. The facets are unremarkable. There is no stenosis or impingement.

Here the finding need to be correlated with the clinical condition if this does not cause any thing in severe then no need to do anything, in case of severe neurological symptoms such condition may need some surgical intervention, hope this information helps, take care.
