Suggest Treatment For Disc Desiccation

Hello Doctor,

My age is 29, weight 68,

My MRI report saying : Disc dessication at L5/S1 level with right para-sentral Protrusion and mild caudal migration causing Thecal sac Indentation with compression of right lateral recess and neural Foramen with Nerve root Impigement.

Could you please advise the severity ? i am woried of surgery. Please explain.
