Suggest Treatment For Disc Herniation In Lumbar Spine

i went to see my spinal consultant to day and he as told me i have 3 levels of disc herniations in my lumber spine he as told me surgery would not benifit me as it would weaken my spine further wot can i do now as he as discharged me after 4 years under his care
