Suggest Treatment For Disc Prolapse Other Than Traction Treatment

hi my name is neel and i am 30 yrs by age recently i was diagonised of L4 & L5 disc prolapse i have done traction treatment in the hospital for 15days and then at home however i do not see any improvement please help as the pain is bad and want to get better soon and join work
