Suggest Treatment For Disc Prolapse/ Sciatica

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I was diagnosed with disc propalse/sciatica two weeks ago.I couldnt walk or stand up so much so that I had to be gassed to get in the ambulance.Also had muscle spams and excruciating pain starting from the right lower back right thruout the whole of the right leg impeding any kind of movement.Had 3 sessions of acupunture and acupressure to help rehabilitation.If I stand or sit or walk for too long pain starts again I'm currently on tramadol 50mg and diclofenac sodium 50mg What's the best way to sort this problem out?thank you
