Suggest Treatment For Discharge In The Ear

Hi, I have been suffering from ear discharge from more than 10 years. i had been to few doctors but they only gave some anti fungal ear drops. I stopped going to them since i was quite busy and the ear problem was not painful. A smelly sticky pus comes out of my ear. I get an itching sensastion and generally i roll a piece of paper and make it like pipe and clean my ears. I gives a wonderful feeling, but the pus coming out is very sticky, and smelly. earlier it used to stop but now its regular.. i also feel my right ear is heavy, and sometimes it feels like there are fluids filled in my ears and they make a peculiar sound as if they are being vortexed or swirling inside. I was 12 years when i started having this problem, now i am a grown up 24 years old.i had a tonsil problem during my childhood days, and i was given homeopathic medicines. I had a problem of bad breath also. Doctors said that it was due to tonsils. Now i don t get tonsils pain but bad breath is till there.
