Suggest Treatment For Discoloration And Swelling On Leg Post Injury

sir,my mom injured in his legs a weeks ago while she was coming through stirs, Now the wound portion becomes darken and it enlarges to a wide circle area being black coloured. he had some bleeding disorders while my sister was born.while she had any cut in his arms it needs much time to stops the coming blood flow. Doctor gives him blood test? but i want to know from you is it serious?

I really appreciate your concern, if the blood disorders is related with bleeding tendency or have some bleeding disease then like purpura then (Low platelet) then it will be matter of concern, and it need to be ruled out, second care need to be taken for infection and internal bleeding, it can not be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
