Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On Side Of The Breast With Pain In Arm And Shoulder

I woke up this morning with discoloration on the side of my right breast. For the past few weeks I have also bad aching and pain in my right arm, shoulder, under arm moving to right side of my neck. I had a mammagram and sonogram of my breast today showing no abnormalities. Any ideas for what I should do next?
