Suggest Treatment For Discolored And Painful Patch Between Vagina And Anus

I have a large growth of tissue between my vagina and my anus which is vey painful and it is discolored almost black in part and looks like it is about to split open and start bleeding. I have no health insurance or a job right now. I have not had sex in 10 years but I did have laser surgery for vaginal warts about 20 years ago and think this may have something to do with it. The growth is about the size of my pinkie finger and lies flat almost like a second vagina. I have not wanted to see a doctor as it is embarrassing but soon I may not even be able to function to urinate/deficate if I don t do something. What should I do?

it is fistula. doctor has to examine by probing to see the end of opening. itis to be operated after confirmation of diagnosis. fistulectomy is to be done. daily dressing by inserting sterile gauge. it will heal from inside cantake antibiotic and analgesic. it will heal and you will be alright. post operative you can dositz bath.
