Suggest Treatment For Discomfort After Using Flagyl For Bacterial Vaginosis

I was diagnosed with BV approximately 4 weeks ago. I had no symptoms of BV when it was discovered. After completing one round of Flagyl I started having a VERY mild discomfort so I went back and was re-swabbed. The swab came back positive. I have now almost completed the second round of Flagyl, but I am still having mild discomfort intermittently. What can I do to make this go away once and for all?
