Suggest Treatment For Discomfort And Pain In Leg

I have pain in my right leg. I have had some pain tonight in my leg, all around discomfort in it, and more pain in the thigh. it feels like restriction. almost a throbbing or moderate muscle pain in the upper thigh and now lower butt. should i go to the hospital? can it wait?
