Suggest Treatment For Discomfort Around Testicles And Leaking Of Semen Before Ejaculation

Hi. I m experiencing discomfort around my testicles,I feel the need to adjust them a lot.sometimes I have lower back pain as well. Sometimes I leak semen before ejaculation and also dribble urine after urinating. I m 58 years old and otherwise in good health

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The discomfort can be due to minimal torsion so that the adjustment helps you.
The backache can be a referred one or may have local problems, check with the orthopedic surgeon.

Leakage of semen and dribbling urine are indicating the problem with the prostate like , prostatitis or enlargement or cancer . Get a blood test and urine tests done.
Also blood tests for testicular tumor markers and ultrasonography.

A clinical . manual examination by Urologist gives more information ...
