Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Head

Hi Doctor, I am Moh'd Azeem from Sri Lanka. My wife has a problem on brain, she told me that who feels something inside dropping always. she often consulted a Doctor. who said due to coughing issue. Please Doctor I want to know why this problem come to my wife.
