Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In My Shoulder

I have been advised by my x ray engineer that the clavicle appears to have become separated from the shoulder blade. They are supposed to be flush but there is a gap and there is a bone jutting out of my shoulder where the clavicle reaches the arm. Feels really uncomfortable around the collarbone just to the left of my chin. You think this will require surgery?
