Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In My Vagina

hi im not pregnant but my vagina felt like it still had a tampax in and poking out if that makes sense of course there isnt anything in there but after inspection lol i am very swollen to the point when you hold lips apart the hole is covered by internal swelling or definately something from inside and my cervix is only about an inch or so from that entrance. (cant just insert finger have to go down and around its that swollen) if that makes sence?? any ideas
