Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Neck And Tingling Sensation In Thigh

I have a very uncomfortable neck on left side with I cannot relieve and it has spread to my shoulder/collarbone . It has been going on for 7 years with no good days, just gradually getting worse as time goes on. Also feels strange in left jaw and behind left ear (like ear needs popping)I have had spinal injections to top of spine and up in base of skull but didn't do anything. I also have tingling from both inner thighs which are painfull to touch.
