Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Right Leg After A Back Surgery.

I am a 56 yr old female and 1 yr ago I had back surgery where they put in a rod and 10 screws since surgery I have had a both butt cheeks and my right thigh to the knee and left thigh half way down is so painful to wash or rub --and when I walk the right leg sometimes feels like dead weight
also when I do anything like cook supper or even go to grocery sweat rolls off me --what could be the problem--i am 5'7 around 250 and in perfect health besides my back abd this problem
