Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In The Nose And Eye Post A Cataract Surgery

I had my first cataract op on the 6th of September, my right eye, i have good vision in my eye. I have a feeling of thightness on the right side of my nose which feels blocked, this sometimes starts at the sinus area and later i feel it at the base of my nostral. It is dry all this time. I do get some flooding in the eye usualy in the morning, and now and again in the day time. Today my jaw and lower ear feels numb, like when i have had injection at the dentist, which is coming back to life. I also have a chemical smell which started a couple of days after the opperation. I also experienced an ache and tenderness in the bone at the top of that side of my sinus, just a couple of days after the op. During the op i felt hard pressure of cold fluid twice in the corner of my eye , which made me shudder and i remember gasping with shock.. I have told my docter who perscribed Naseptin Nasal Cream, how long will my problam take to clear?
