Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Throat

I think i may have damaged my vocal cords during a singing warm-up. I was singing high out of my range and i heard a pop in my ear and my voice dropped significantly. There is discomfort in my throat and i am wondering wether i need to get it checked or just allow my voice to rest.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that if you are singer then there is chances of having a lesion to the vocal cord and this condition is called singers nodule and this need to be ruled out and for that you need to get your self clinically examine with the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
