Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Walking After A Limb Lengthening Surgery

Hi!
I had a limb lengthening surgery at the age of 12. Although the legs are now equal, still am not able to walk freely and will look like limping with my right leg on my toes always. am not able to keep my foot firmly on the ground because of pain.
I don't want to go thro surgery once again. Can something be done to help keep my foot firmly on the ground and walk normally? Also am worried that in the long run there could other related problems like arthritis due to uneven load on the my knees/upper portion of the body. Please advise suitable course of action. presently am 30 yrs old. regards/Ganesh
