Suggest Treatment For Dislocated C5 Vertebrae

age29,5feet 9inch 75 kg weight,i got accident on 1st april2011,then i got light numbness in left thumb, n pain in left hand,my doc found anterolthesis grade -1 c5,6 ,my doc put me on conservative treatment . i got lot of improvment left hand having no pain,left thumb having no numbness, but my bone c5 is still dislocate.what i have to do.
